We understand how important preparations are to ensure the final paint job is of the highest quality.  Throughout the process, we stay in constant communication to make sure you feel comfortable with the work being done.  The first step in preparing your home for exterior painting is a detailed pressure wash to ensure any dirt/grime is removed prior to moving on to the next step.

We repair chips in the stucco accents and fill all cracks in the stucco to ensure no future water intrusions. From basic coverage to seamless stucco crack repair, we offer our clients options on how best to portray the repair to fit each project's budget.

After the stucco repair process, we hand scrape all of the fascia and any other peeling substrates to remove flaking paint.  Once the hand scraping has been completed, we sand down all of the surfaces to ensure a smooth surface prior to painting.

All areas receive two coats of paint so that your home has a uniform finish.  Before the paint is applied, the areas will have already been properly prepared to ensure proper long-lasting paint adhesion.   All equipment and materials are cleaned around your home at the end of each day.
